The room was clean, but the coffee maker had hair inside.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke, and the toilet over flowed and filled the room with water we were moved to another room and we were promised we would be 100% refunded

We loved the convenient access to shops and the available laundry services. The renovated room had modern furnishings and all was sparkling clean!

Felt very welcome, no complaints whatsoever.

Proximity to highway and meeting location

Requested a room away from the elevator. My room was right next to the ice machine and the elevator. Facility could use some sprucing up. Carpets in the hallways look tired.

Breakfast was good overall cleanliness of the room was good and the bed linen was very comfortable

The odor in the bathroom was strong smelled like old urine, the pool had a lot of leaves in it and the staff witnessed it but made no attempt to skim the pool. The clerk made errors in the billing process of the room

The manager was super nice, even letting us check in a bit early to help my sister feel better after our long drive, and the comfy beds made for a great night's sleep. I loved lounging by the outdoor pool and enjoying the quiet TV room after a busy day. The bathroom could've used a little more TLC, but overall, it was a nice spot to unwind 😊

Need to tighten up door hardware, toilet seats, lamp shades etc. no big deal just things that make the place feel like mgt cares.

Shouldn't I have received a print copy of my bill?

It was just an optimal selection for a whistle-stop in Rocky Hill with good value. The rooms were large with ample outlets for charging devices. Make sure to watch out for the sink being outside the bathroom for privacy.

Our stay at this hotel was awesome. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Everthing always smelled so fresh and clean. The beds were beyond comfortable. Breakfast was really good too.

There is not a single aspect of our stay that I found flaw with.

Got a double room with good breakfast and a good shower, as for instance as expected.

Clean, spacious room with plenty of charging outlets-perfect for catching up on work. The location was decent for dining options.

The shower was so slippery I thought I was auditioning for a stunt double role!

Basketball tournament in Hartford and college aged kids coming through the hallways at 4:00 a.m. and treating it like they were are home and no other guests were staying at the hotel.

It offers unbeatable, peaceful location.
